Stephen Bright, senior counsel for the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, will give a talk titled "Thurgood Marshall Was Right" this Saturday, December 8th at 10:30 a.m. at Touchmark, 1200 Harwood Drive South, Fargo, ND. Mr. Iron Eyes will explore the role of lawyers and the media in two recent developments including North Dakota Congressman Kevin Cramer's public statements that he would not get a fair trial on an Indian reservation and the State of South Dakota's recent ordeal wherein it is being accused of violating the federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978.
